  1. I was sleeved 6/15 and I have lost 53 lbs since surgery and 76 total. I have been the same weight for almost 2 weeks. I hate stalling. My goal is to be down down to 200 by Christmas. I don't believe I will make it but I am going to try. If I keep stalling I will never get under 220. Thanks for all the encouragement I get reading your posts and say a pray I make my goal. I have been horrified this wouldn't work since I had the lapband first and it was a total failure!

    My son's wedding is Dec 22 and I also wanted to be in Onederland but its coming off really slow! This was a big decision and I too felt that momentary fear. I am so thankful for everyone on this site, for their amazing encouragement and support. I couldn't have gone this far without ALL the help.


  2. Yes me too! I am 14 weeks out and have been loosing hair like crazy. In chunks actually! Just bought Nioxin however makes my hair so dry and hard to detangle. I have curly hair. It's so frustrating. My scalp shows and I have thin spots. I just bought Xfusion to cover it up. Hope it grows back :(

    I had lots of hair to start with but I can feel and see the hand fills I vacuum up after I do my hair. I guess we take the good with the bad. The good news so far is that it grows back! Looking forward to that!


  3. HELP! I was sleeved on June 23 and my weight loss has virtually stopped! I haven't lost but a couple pounds in 5 Weeks. I am taking my Vitamins, working out, getting 60+ Protein, and trying to keep low carbs. I am exhausted from trying to figure it out! I am staying at around 700 calories per day and I can't figure it out! I also feel hungry. I can eat about a cup of food 3 times a day plus a couple Snacks. Any help would really be appreciated.


  4. My guide says 4ozs 3 times a day, 60 grams of Protein, 64 ozs of liquid. I can only eat about 2-3 ozs at a time but within a couple of hours I am hungry. My doctor and nut say I need to eat only 3 times. Right now I am eating 4-5 times a day, getting my protein down and usually under 800. I don't have a problem with anything even though I am still sticking to soft solids. Am I doing something wrong? I have lost 29 lbs in 5 Weeks.


  5. Budget conscious? Find 2 or 3 recipes that use similar ingredients. Pick a day' date=' shop and cook all 3 recipes, freeze in portions. I use glass containers so I can put straight into microwave, but use freezer ziploc if u have to. Do this every week and you will build up a variety of healthy meals.

    Emily bites has heaps of cupcake foods, meaning foods you prepare in a cupcake pan do they are already portioned.

    The world according to eggface has lots of wls friendly stuff.

    Tonight I used pumpkin, spinach, ricotta, passata and leftover meatballs to make a baked ricotta dish. Will feed me at least 10 times and cost next to nothing.
