Hello all' date='I am having surgery on 11/28 and am terrified. I am flying to MX. I ask for prayer for a successful surgery with little pain, no clots or leaks, and a healthy return to the states. Please, remember to lift me up on WEDNESDAY.[/quote']
Amen, I will keep you in prayer. I am a true believer in faith and the fact that all of our steps are ordered in his word! Trust in The Lord and all shall be fine! Love your VST family. This is the race we were given to run, we must keep the faith and finish our course.

You are not alone. This forum has many caring people who are willing to be your support system. There are people willing to be travel companions if needed! You have to take charge of your life and do something to make you feel better. You have to love yourself above all! I think that we women can get so caught up in caring for others that we allow ourselves to get lost by the wayside. This journey is about doing something for US! I'm always here if you need to vent or talk. Just step out on faith! God will supply all your NEEDS!

Aah, this is something that I always wonder about. I too have a big belly. I'm wondering if it will flatten out after losing weight. Hopefully it doesn't hang like a curtain.

Recently sleeved folks: It is not a magic cure for all your bad habits' date=' your weight loss will stall, you will lose some hair, and you may get some loose skin. Just keep breathing and hit the restart button if you need to. This isn't a diet, it is a total overhaul of your relationship with food. Be patient and consciously make better choices about what you put in you body. You won't fail. Stop stressing! LOL![/quote']
Aah that's great to hear because I'm so use to failing on diets so I have that we will see approach to this. I know I can do it and I also know it will probably be hard as hell at first. I can hardly wait.

I just love this thread! I can't wait to be able to pancake it (drop straight down on it) and hit the hydraulics on it (up and down on it) without going into cardiac arrest! My stamina just isn't what it use to be at a buck fifteen (115#). Being able to check out my chacha without lifting my fat will be awesome too!

I'm in an 18. I can't even imagine a 0. I can't even wrap my mind around the possibility! I'm hopeful but skeptical.
