Hard Drive on home computer crashed, ugh! Computer is only 6 months old, still under warrenty but in the shop... Having to use my daughters computer, not fun.

Beautiful weekend is over.

I logged 50 flights of stairs 2 days in a row. I ROCK! (If I do say so myself)

I have a couple of coworkers that have started to call me "Skinny". All I've got to say about that is, "You can call me Skinny all day long!"

Finally got a fill today, back to where I was before hurting the back. Onwards & Upwards!

Worked in the garden all morning. Planted more veggies for the fall.

It's the weekend!!!! Trip to Home Depot for fall veggie plants first thing in the morning, then it's plant, plant, plant. Yea, going to be a good weekend!

Thursday is over. Tomorrow TGIF! Bunch of planting to do in the garden this weekend. Love the weekends!

Bad day yesterday. Today is a new day, onwards and upwards!!!

Shopping Spree today. New pants, long sleeve tops & bras that fit!!!!! Also couldn't pass up some boots. I spoiled myself.... I'm worth it!

I am so proud of me. I gave the elevators at work the day off. I work on the 8th floor and I took the stairs all day today. Logged 30 flights of stairs on my fitbit, That is a record for me.

What a great day! My band is back to normal, my back didn't hurt all day and it's raining!!! Drink little seedlings drink and grow big and strong! I feel so good, I wish this feeling on everyone! Happy day to all!

Had to have a small unfill today. I've been struggling with a very tight band last two days. I think the meds for my back are the cause. Feel much better now. I don't know how banders can go for days/weeks with a band that is too tight. I'm happy again.

Finally cooler today, yah! Able to work in the garden, getting ready for fall planting. Felt really good!

Had a good day today. Physical Therapy this morning for the back. It's getting better!

Back to work today.... Tough on back, very sore!

I'm so happy, oh so happy! I'm not loosing pounds right now, BUT I've lost 2 inches off my waist in a month. I needed that after such a bad day yesterday.

Back flaired up today, had to go back to my doctor. Diagnosted with a pinched nerve at L5 and was perscribed Physical Therapy, Pherapist said no exercising except PT stretches. Band reacted to my pain and decided it was going to be tight all day, made me work at my eating. Hope tomorrow is better.

Went shopping today. I'm now a size 14! First time in 30 years!!!!

Had a good workout today. I actually missed exercising this week.....Did I just say that? Me miss exercising? Wow have things changed! I Love it!!!!!

Back is better today. Think I'll be back to exercising tomorrow!

Woke up yesterday with lower back pain. Dr said it was from loosing so much weight & sleeping on my stomach (stomach alot flatter now & curves the back differently). Interesting NSV...
