Learning the difference between head hunger & physical hunger, not easy!

Too many people confine their exercise to jumping to conclusions, running up bills, stretching the truth, bending over backwards, lying down on the job, sidestepping responsibility and pushing their luck.

Crazy busy day at work, didn't even have time to check in on LBT. Oh well, tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!!!

Busy, busy, busy. Market days is Saturday & we (me & hubby) rented a booth to sell our crafts. Hubby mades wood trays, bowls & stuff. I sew bags, place mats, napkins, etc. Hopefully we will do well as this will be the first time trying to sell what we make.

Well I'm as ready as I can be for tomorrow. I think Yellow Rose is excited & nervous too; she has been letting me know she is there today!!! Could only eat 1/2 my oatmeal this morning & she wouldn't tolerate lunch at all.... so dinner will be soft food and I think I'll do a shake in the morning. Boy, is she a B**** sometimes!

Had rain the last few days, makes for a happy garden.

Thursday is over. Tomorrow TGIF! Bunch of planting to do in the garden this weekend. Love the weekends!

Rainy Monday, Texas is finally getting wet!

Had a good day today. Physical Therapy this morning for the back. It's getting better!

I Love my LBT friends, they made my afternoon at work fly by, the laughs where a bonus! Thanks friends!!!

Last day off it's back to work tomorrow. Better make today a great day!

I am so proud of me. I gave the elevators at work the day off. I work on the 8th floor and I took the stairs all day today. Logged 30 flights of stairs on my fitbit, That is a record for me.

Monthly check in with doctor tomorrow. We'll see what the scale says.

Great day, played domestic diva (I do that so well). Made Turkey Italian Meatballs, Turkey Breakfast Sausage, bunch of napkins, place mates & Coasters for the holidays. Course I cleaned the chicken coop first thing this morning (Chores first, I know).
