Wow, I got beat up on LBT today, think I'll go lick my wounds now! Boohoo!!

Did my monthly measurements. Lost 1 inch in my waist last month. I am so happy with my band!

Hubby & step daughter cooked dinner tonight. Chicken fried steak, I know not the greatest for me but I support hubby doing stuff with his 13 year old daughter. Plus I didn't have to cook!

Just got home from my support group meeting. It is so wonderful to sit in a room full of bandsters! I love support groups!!

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.

Do you ever forget to measure your food and realize that you made way too much? I had a salad and a piece of fish tonight, fish was 4ozs but I made the salad without measuring. When I sat down to eat I knew I would only eat about 1/3 of it & sure enough it was way too much, ooops. Of course my chickens love me when I do this!

Back to work today.... Tough on back, very sore!

Today is a new day, make it count!

I have a couple of coworkers that have started to call me "Skinny". All I've got to say about that is, "You can call me Skinny all day long!"

Formula One coming this weekend. just got an email saying to avoid the downtown area our office building is in on Friday..... so can I stay home? That's the best way to avoid it....

Woke up yesterday with lower back pain. Dr said it was from loosing so much weight & sleeping on my stomach (stomach alot flatter now & curves the back differently). Interesting NSV...

Dogs got a Christmas present today. New beds and a bath!!!

My husband spent the last 2 days working on our website (ibwsales.com). It shows more about our farm and side business. I am not trying to sell anything but for anyone who wondered what we did take a look. I think he did a great job!
