Went shopping today. I'm now a size 14! First time in 30 years!!!!

Having a tough time with head hunger these days.

Doctor appointment went great weighed 181.6, total loss of 68.4 pounds!!!! I actually got .1cc removed. Allergy season has started & Yellow Rose hates my sinuses. Rather be too loose than too tight, gotta keep the Rose happy.

Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing to be wrong.

I just saw my ticker since I updated my weight. It says my BMI is 25.96! Holy Sh** that's almost normal. OMG!!!

I'm so happy, oh so happy! I'm not loosing pounds right now, BUT I've lost 2 inches off my waist in a month. I needed that after such a bad day yesterday.

Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.

Happy Monday, off to work. Short week for me, off on Friday for Veteran's Day.

No time for Superbowl, got 20 trees to plant today. Farm life keeps me moving.

Trees are all planted (23 in all). I'm all cleaned up, so time for hot tub!!

Two days off from exercising to recover from gardening all weekend. Tomorrow, back to taking the stairs!

Hot tub rocks!!! Spent hour in there with my stepdaughter tonight (I think she forgot she doesn't like me, lol).

Getting ready for Spring. Today we planned out the garden and decided on what to grow. First planting will be middle of March.
