Quick question...when did you guys have your 1st alcolholic drink after getting the band? I am 20 days post op and down 25 lbs (including liquid diet) This week has been hectic and exciting, celebrated my 2 yr anniversary with my boyfriend and today is his birthday. Just wondering if having one glass of white wine will do any harm? Tganks for the input

As for everyone else, how is everyone doing so far? I have pretty much got use to this whole thing and only ONE WEEK LEFT! Ahh so unreal!! Last night I had a craving for some cheese and a chicken cutlet as well as a burger but made it threw lmao!! How much weight has everyone lost so far? I lost 10 since last week, I guess sipping on liquids will do that to you...UPDATES UPDATES UPDATES everyone xoxo

I read this post and couldnt help but sympathise with you. I had a similar experience this past Sunday. My boyfriend and I went to yankee stadium to go see a professional soccer game; I was totally excited but we parked the car about a mile from the stadium and to top it off we had nose bleed seats and we walked up ramp after ramp after ramp to get up there! I was so out of breath and felt so out of shape, it got me so depressed! Believe me it is definitly difficult but we are all in the same boat and we all want to
better ourselves! Keep your head up and I promise ill do the same

Unfortunitly not self pay I am going to see my regular doctor on July 5th to speak to her about the band so I guess I will get more information then! I am just too excited and I want to know the ins and outs prior to my appointment haha
