Try starting over on liquids to "reset" the band and start your journey all over again. It's unfortunate that things worked out the way it did, but you can't be too hard on yourself. The best thing about a second chance is that you know where you messed up the first time and you have the opportunity not to make the same mistakes again.

As far as buying food goes, get on a budget and grab a grocery list. If you don't control what you spend on food it WILL be expensive. I wish you all the best of luck and again, please don't be so hard on yourself. Just do it right this time around.
