I've noticed that I've gotten some really dark circles under my eyes lately. One side is darker than the other too. I get anywhere from 8-9 hours of sleep a day. I've used a few creams and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any remedies I can try?

That's awesome, I remember when I got below 300, my knees stopped hurting. That was with a 27 pound loss, so 108 pounds of pressure!!! -

This has been the hardest part for me. I'm lucky that I don't get sick when I'm done, I just get full quicker. Some tips that have helped me is using a regular plate and either a baby spoon or fork. In between bites, I'll make my powdered drinks, I'll pack my lunch for work or I'll wash a dish or two..anything that will take me longer to finish my food. Before you know it, I'm full before I even finish my entire plate. -

I'm 2 1/2 months out and I keep losing alot of hair on a daily basis. Its in the shower, in my car, on my brush. Doc just says to take biotin. I was taking that before I had surgery. I was losing because of a certain medication I was taking. It didn't help. -

Hey guys, I was sleeved on Wed. January 30th and I don't have much pain, just itchiness on the incision sites, but I am vomiting every 2-3 hours. Its mainly bile. Is this normal and how much longer will this go on? I tried sipping water but I can't hold it down.

I did once in my 3rd or 4th week. I felt like I was drunk and so dizzy, not sure what brought it on? It did last a little over an hour though. -

They will only keep u from jiggling. I like to wear them from the waist down to my knees because around the incisions, they tend to hurt after awhile. -

I have never been to a gym before and I'm thinking of joining one soon. I am bottom heavy: big stomach, butt and thighs. What machines are best for working out these areas?
