They do freeze well. I took them out in the morning and nuked them at lunch. They were great. I get my wrappers at Safeway in the produce section.

My highest weight was 196 lbs. June 6, 2012, day of surgery I was 178. Today I am 160. For a week or so now I have been fluctuating between 165-160. I have no energy and want to sleep most if the day. I push myself to exersise daily. Why can't I loose any weight? What's wrong w me??

AWESOME article! Thank you so much. Normally it takes me 3 hours to clean my condominium. Yesterday was the first time since my surgery ( june 6) that I felt I could. It took me 3.5 hours and I was only half done. I need a nap... The nap turned into a 18 hour sleep.< /p>

I also know I an not drinking enough Water, mayb 4 cups a day. How can I increase it?
