It seems like the good healthy foods I like don't work for me so I to probably have some calories I don't really need I hate that so far it is just like being on a bad diet
I've been using fitness pal started pouring on the protein today to see if that will jump start me but was never very good at dieting so was hoping band would help
I've had 3 fills trying to stay around 1200 cal probably not getting enough protein but didnt expect it to b so hard some days can hardly eat anything some days ok but never eat a lot
