Only thing I can drink is G2 and decaf tea. Everything else taste bad.

I have sensitive skin and it made me very red and I had tiny bumps. But I stress my skin is very sensitive. I'm sure this is not the norm. Other than that, it was amazing. My eyebrows never looked better.

Actually I chewed the whole thing and it started to taste like plastic so I swallowed. I will do the bites to break it up. That was thoughtless of me to swallow a starburst size chewy. I don't know why I did that ugh

I just started taking the BA calcium chews and the omega 3 chews. I started yesterday and my stomache hurt all night. Is it too early for chews? I was sleeved may 15th.

I think its enough. Especially since you have been exercising, building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you probably have lost more than you think and gained some good muscles! No worries
