Hmmm how is adding sugar going to nourish your body? Stick with sugar free everything As far as fat free... I never worried about that Start sipping your water first thing in the morning and maybe add your favorite flavor to make it easier. Dehydration is really bad so you want to stay hydrated!! -

It really is!!! I really like homemade tacos now ( I'm ten months) You can add the meat and Beans with salad toppings on top. It's a meal. And yes one fills you up and it's very satisfying. I could eat one everyday. My family says awe mom not tacos again lol -
