Is that a trick question? You can but its high in carbs and fat. Most stay away from things like tortillas, rice, potatoes etc

I haven't noticed any posts in the vets forum being derailed. As for there not being that much activity well PDX covered that pretty well. There just really aren't that many vets here.

Everyone is different. Not all sleevers have the same experience. Only thing I can guarantee is that nothing taste as good as skinny feels! If your unhappy or unhealthy because of your weight. Get the sleeve! You will love yourself for it!
