Only thing I can drink is G2 and decaf tea. Everything else taste bad. -
I have sensitive skin and it made me very red and I had tiny bumps. But I stress my skin is very sensitive. I'm sure this is not the norm. Other than that, it was amazing. My eyebrows never looked better.

I just started taking the BA calcium chews and the omega 3 chews. I started yesterday and my stomache hurt all night. Is it too early for chews? I was sleeved may 15th.

Actually I chewed the whole thing and it started to taste like plastic so I swallowed. I will do the bites to break it up. That was thoughtless of me to swallow a starburst size chewy. I don't know why I did that ugh -

I think its enough. Especially since you have been exercising, building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you probably have lost more than you think and gained some good muscles! No worries -
I was reading this thread thinking oh yeah I'm going to get some hot dogs lol then I read O.T.R.'s post about the sodium. (( Now I have to give up my pickles and no hot dog for me lol *sigh*

Only 27??? That is a fantastic loss! My surgery was may 15th and I just hit my 30lbs lost. Even if its slow its happening Just enjoy the journey! The weight is going to leave that's for sure
