I need to increase my water intake... My fluid intake is not good, I just can't find anything that goes down well. My taste has changed so much. I would think I could at least stomache water but it taste bad to me and everything else is too too sweet. -

Susie, this is a great question with some excellent answers. Thanks for asking! I have problems with kidney function and my drs never discussed my increased protein intake with me. I will now address this, this is a serious issue for some people. Thanks for everyone's insight!! -

Hey chills, you and me both, it really is about wrestling your food addiction demons and keeping them down. I know I eat less but I need help dealing with my emotional eating. Food was a comfort for me for so long. I definitely think OA or/and therapy is neccesary if your like me and have a food addiction that had nothing to do with hunger. I ate for so many reasons -

I was 6 weeks out before I started coffee but I drank iced tea with caffiene starting at 3 weeks. That's just what I did, ask your Dr to make sure he is alright with that -

I like him. He tries to inform/help with his show. No one is ever going to please us 100% all of the time. I think his show is informative. Also, I don't judge people by their looks, that would make me a hypocrite. -

I'm sorry you're suffering I'm using the phone app so I can't see your stats. Can you tell us when you had your surgery? What is the Drs prognosis for this and how much longer will you be like this? Have you seen any improvement in anything? My heart goes out to you. I pray you start to heal soon!
