  13. Hi! I was sleeved on 7/18 and have lost 52 lb so far. I am not able to eat much at all but I don't really have any cravings either. No regrets even on those "bad" days. I know this was the best decision for me.
  14. My tummy still hurts from coughing so much. I have bronchitis and my doctor gave me some codeine cough syrup. It didn't work as well as it has in the past but I found that it worked a little better if I took it after I ate something.
  15. Im trying to find a remedy as well. Nyquil isn't doing anything for me and neither is codeine cough syrup. if I get some answers I'll let you know. Hope you feel better soon.
  16. I was sleeved on the 18th and lost 7 the first week but stalled for the next 2 weeks. Finally started losing again in the last few days. Down a total of 30 total including 1 week pre op diet. I'm not complaining.
  17. I was told by my nutritionist this week that I need to try for 90g. It's not easy. I'm also about 2 1/2 weeks out.
  18. I saw a picture of mine at my 1 week post op visit. It reminded me of a piece of raw meat lol. I saw a bunch of pictures that were taken during my surgery. Not something i'd care to see again.
  19. Hi All, I was sleeved on the 18th and I can honestly say today is the first day that I find myself struggling. I want to eat lol. I want to eat more than I can. I won't but I want to. Feeling a little bummed... What to you do when you are having a tough day? What helps you get past it?
  20. Wow. That was a little harsh. It was a harmless question she asked. Yes, I follow my NUT plan but I come here daily to get advice or ideas from people here who are actually going through this.
