What Do You Do

Hi All,

I was sleeved on the 18th and I can honestly say today is the first day that I find myself struggling. I want to eat lol. I want to eat more than I can. I won't but I want to. :) Feeling a little bummed...

What to you do when you are having a tough day? What helps you get past it?

Do something to distract your mind i.e. go for a walk, work out, log on - read some post, call a friend. I haven't had that problem yet but I know that helped me pre-op.

Stay focus...u can do it!

Have a sugar free popsicle or busy yourself with a good movie or call a friend. I like to get on this website for encouragement so you are already coming to the right place.

Now that I am a year out...I eat. I just stop after a serving because that is enough to satisfy the craving.
