  1. So I never had acid reflux before band n only had it with band only whn it slipped. ... does acid vet better or worse w sleeve
  2. So my revision surgery is Aug 13. Professional development starts around Aug 22ish (basically seating in meetings). Students don't come bk until Sept 2..... so my question is...do u think I will be somewhat bk to normal by Sept 2 to greet students

  4. You should have the same feeling u get whn u got full before surgery but only this time ur eating much less...u shouldn't have pain...maybe a little discomfort for it shoukd only last 20min or less....if u feel discomfort u need to slow dow. Or eat less. I hope this help
  5. So had my slipped band unfilled for 3-4weeks. ..n Monday my doc put a small fill in.....n I have some restriction but will probably need just a little more..... she believes I will not need a reposition surgery .....so far I am good...no heartburn or stuckness

    I started working out on my own in jan 2012... constantly only lost 20..witg pre liquid diet lost 15...total since surgery in june lost from 361 -278...Im losing bout 10-15 bls a month...I workout w trainer 2x a week, zumba on Mondays faithfully. .n cardio on my own 1x a week...

  12. U should also eat protein. ..meats fill u up....u can only eat a little of it but it keeps u full longer n that is wat u want
  13. I dropped 80 in 6 months..but I have a trainer n workout total 4x a week...U HAVE TO WORKOUT. .. n creat negative calories. ..I replaced my fast food budget w my trainer...50 of 80 was w him! I kno u do not like ppl seeing u wrkout...but let me tell u...I started at 392 n now 115 down im 279...ppl in la fitness were my size n some were bigger n smaller.... so what ur doing it for u n if u don't do it now u will constantly keep urself locked up...u can do it
