This set of pictures threw me over the edge.

I knew I had gained weight, but my husband looked at me and loved me as if I were the size I had dreamed of being or at least the size I was when we met.

He is a fitness nut and I never took the advice and guidance he offered. I would marvel at his 8pk while the keg around my middle grew. Ugh! For a year he tried to help me, but that made me feel even more like a failure. In June 2012, a month after this pic was taken, I decided to seek medical help and look into having the Lap Band. Although we are married, we never had a 'traditional wedding' … I wish I would have done this last year so those wedding pics would reflect on the outside how happy and full of life I feel on the inside. So for 2013, we are planning a second honeymoon and I have every intention of those pictures reflecting all that I feel and want to be on the outside!

LOVE THIS!!!! Ironic, too … I am a size 20 now … surgery will be this fall and my husband told me that once I reach goal we're flying to Vegas!!! Can't wait to go shopping then!! Thanks for the motivation!!! You look AMAZING!!!!!! Work it, girl!!!!
