Crossing off some professional goals from my list! New year, new body, new attitude?? All of the above has helped me and has been the ingrediants to catapult this success!

I am pretty sure some fluid came out of my band during port replacement....I feel like I am in bandster hell again. Thank goodness for my doctor's appt this Fri!

Just when I am getting frustrated with myself I have a day like today where multiple people raved about how good I looked! I needed that!

Still recovering from port replacement surgery. The scale does not like the recovery. I am still retaining fluids and taking pain meds. I will be glad when I can get back to doing what I have been doing .

Pain meds, swelling from my port revision surgery is not helping my scale this week! Ugh!

Not too far away from "onederland"! Hopefully by next week (if all goes well) I can shout that from the roof tops! It has been years since I lived in "onederland"!

I hate clear liquids after fills. I know it's necessary and I follw the rules....but I hate it. Hoping this puts me in the green zone!

It's not about "perfect". It's about effort. And when you bring that effort everyday...that's when transformation begins!

The Wizard of Oz really ends up being YOU! Like he told Dorothy, "You have had the power to return home all along." There is no magic with the surgery. It will help you stay "not hungry" with less food. It's up to us to eat small portions, make better choices, add in exercise when your body is ready, etc.
