  1. It's been since June 19 since I had my surgery, I have stayed at 25-30 lbs loss since then. I'm very discouraged, but I won't give up. I'm not able to work out much do to other problems. I started high Protein today, with very few carbs to try to kick start this again! Don't give up!
  2. Thank you for posting this, I will start on this today! Every bit of information helps me!
  3. I can't find the recipe I saw yesterday for eggs made with cheese and it was chicken wing flavored or something...do you have it, or remember it. I went to that site and couldn't find it, I wanted to make it....ugh...
  4. P.S. I just want to see the 199 mark also!! WE CAN DO IT!!!
  5. Mine, June 19th, still @214lbs. Can't seem to move that scale. Been walking, but still can't work out the way I would like to due to shoulder. Physical therapy starts tomorrow, so hopefully that will help heal me and get the ball moving. I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one losing slow. Like I said, maybe in the long run it will be better knowing if you lose a bit slower, your skin won't sag as much. It's so wonderful to have support, and to read everyones post!! I'm trying to stay as low as i can on the carbs. My blood pressure has been up and down. So I don't have to take my pills all the time. I know there's a difference in me, but sometimes I feel like I haven't lost at all, but the clothes say different....so...we just keep on moving like we are, and pray it will continue to come off!!
  6. June 19, just wondering if anyone else is losing slow?
  7. I made these yesterday, and they were very good. Thanks for the recipe!
  8. This gives me hope also, I know when I got weighed a couple of weeks ago, I did have 2 1/2 pds of Fluid. I'm sure the hot weather doesn't help. I won't give up, I have too many reasons to carry on, and I love life too much to give up on myself. It helps to know that I'm not the only one losing slow. I don't want to feel like a loser, I want to be a loser of the weight. My eyes still want what I can't have, and my mind, but my stomach says no. It's a whole new world for all of us, and it took years to become the person I was, over weight, and now it's going to take time to be something different, but what I use to be years ago, healthy and slim. I just get so mad at how I let myself go. Year after year, after year. Rome wasn't built in a day, and so I can only do one minute, hr, day at a time. I love having the VST, it helps when others know exactly what you're talking about, and have been there. Thank you to all of you who have replied to my post. You have given me hope, and suppport when I have needed it most!! Thanks everyone!!
  9. since March? wow, did it come off slow for you? Must be not if you're down 90...that's awesome. What do you eat in a day at each setting?
