you are my mostest favoritest poster!

  17. Hi...

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I've been sooo busy at work and haven't logged on to LBT much.

The key to losing weight is pretty simple, cut out all white carbs (not all carbs, just white carbs) and exercise.

None of us got fat from eating broccoli, it was carbs. We all seem to have food triggers and they are white carbs. Some eat way too much sugar and the more they eat the more they crave. Some (like me) have flour for a trigger food. Anything with flour in it and it starts a horrible carb cycle for me.

So find out what your food triggers are and don't eat them anymore, not at all. The first three days will be hard but after that it gets much easier.

Exercise ALL the time, every single day. It makes a huge difference.

    Take care!

  18. Hi John...

Sorry, I've been buried at work and I've been off line for a few weeks so I just now saw your message.

Sure, you can call the schools he went to and verify all information. Is he a US or MX doctor? If he is a US doctor you can just call the schools, if it is a MX doctor the procedure for verifying info is a little different.

Let me know if you need any help confirming the info you want to find.

  19. You are FARRRRRRR more patient than I am! That thread....sheesh! ;o)

  20. Ohhhh Froggi! Thanks for that link. I did respond. ;o)

  21. Got your message. If you email me and remind me that you want sleeve info I'll send you a bunch of sleeve links, studies, message boards, the works. Information so you can do a little research.

I feel for you if you are having band issues. :o(

  22. Check your email. ;o)

  23. Yes, sleeves rock! I love mine.

I feel weird about writing about sleeves too much here, feel free to email me and I'll send you some links on studies, etc. Do your research, make sure you pick the procedure type good for you.

  24. Hi Anillacookie...

I had lots of band problems and finally gave up and got a sleeve. To be honest, my story sounded a bit like yours, tons of fills and unfills, I just never had a sweet spot. I was either obstructed or I could eat anything.

A sleeve is where they make your stomach teeny tiny. The long term complications are less than a band or bypass. I LOVE my sleeve! Best thing I ever did. No fills, unfills, restriction issues, pouch dilation, esophgeal dilation, esophageal spasms, esophageal motility issues, port issues such as pain, flips, infections...none of it with a sleeve. Just a tiny stomach.

I wouldn't trade this for the world, I love my sleeve!

BTW, I didn't have all those problems above, just most of them! ;o)
