  1. Do what the Doctor says. My wife and I haven't had "relations" but a handful if times over the past year because she is a chronic pain back patient. She is having major surgery next week. Guess what, I'll be there when she is physically well enough. Your man will be waitin for you too. But, when you do heal, get your freak on and rock his world. Give him the toe curling good time of his life.
  2. I've bought a lot of Under Armour in EBay. Most atoll have the store tags on them and you can get them for $20. Also, now is the time to check the stores for the Under Armour Cold Gear. I picked up 2 yesterday for $20 each. Regular price is about $55.
  3. Congrats in the 44lbs.
  4. I read in a earlier post where a lady added sugar free pudding to her Protein shake. I'm going to try it.
  5. Mmmmmm, Mostaccioli. A Chicagoland favorite. I live in San Antonio and I have to go to a specialty store for Mostaccioli Pasta. Ground turkey is good too
  6. Now I need to check out Trader Joe's. We just got one here in San Antonio.
  7. Interesting. I'm gonna try this.
  8. Had no problems while using testosterone, except the boys went from walnut sized to peanut size. That bothered me and quit using testosterone. I think with extreme weight loss my drive is higher now than when I was in my 20's.
  9. What really hurt me was seeing my dogs eyes when I told her she couldn't sit on my lap. That gas pain will leave you starting tomorrow. I slept in my recliner the first night, second night I slept in my stomach. The pain goes away quickly.
  10. I'm in San Antonio. I had Dr Cavazos with Texas Bariatric Last September. Down 110 Lbs.
  11. You didn't fail. You may have become, distracted from a goal. That is something that everyone in this forum have in common. We've all been distracted from our goal from time to time. It just takes some of us a little longer to the-focus. I applaud you for wanting to continue in achieving a goal that you set forth. Don't be discouraged in yourself. Get your fills, do your exercise , and eat right. I would highly encourage you to invest in a Atkins, weight watchers type cookbook. Not so much to follow their recipes exact, it's to give you ideas on dishes suited to your taste. The weight may not come off as easy as it did at first. Your body has healed from surgery, now the work begins. I hope I helped.
  12. $2.79. New Braunfels, TX
  13. I have my daily pot or two every day. BLACK. When I do Starbucks, a Iced latte with fat free milk and sugar free vanilla.
  14. No Jell-O in the UK??? Wow, there's my million dollar business. I'll import Jell-O to the UK. I'm sure there is a store that has a American section that would carry Jell-O. If not, AMAZON.COM.
  15. Google chicken recipes. I make some killer hot wings on the grill now. Also a cream of chicken Soup with minced chicken is good too.
  16. Most convenient stores sell Protein shakes now. I know that doesn't help much if you can't leave work. Also, if you can eat and there is a Chinese delivery in your area, a stir fry with veggies works in a pinch too. Just tell them meat and veggies with no other oils.
  17. I'm puzzled with the week of fasting before surgery. My doctor did not require this. I was told not to eat after 6pm the night before surgery. Now the week after, liquids only. I use Pure Protein powder mixed with unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk. Good luck with your surgery.
  18. $3.35 San Antonio.
  19. I'm going to be a rough but I've got to say it. So, you are obese and your wife doesn't support your effort to get a tool to help you to take control of your life??? Wonder what her thoughts will be when she calls 911 when that heart attack comes. Or, how will she treat you when you go blind from diabetes??? How 'bout when the doctor tells you they will have to amputate your foot because of diabetes??? Terrible thoughts I know but they are real for the obese. I was going stinking blind as a result of diabetes and obesity. Put on you big boy britches, call the whole family in and tell them DAMMIT I'M DOING THIS BECAUSE I WANT TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!! We only have one life, make the most of it. You are like the rest of us here, we sat and watched. Well, I did a 12.2 mile 20 obstacle course 1 year from surgery. I'm not sitting on the sidelines anymore.

  22. If I use a Walmart card or our local grocery stores card we can get gas for about $3.35.
  23. Clarks you too will have a wonderful story about your journey into self exploration. Just remember to stay with the program and work the program. There will be days of the good, the bad and the ugly but there will always be a tomorrow that can be a great day for you. It's a marathon and not a sprint.
  24. I should posted I lost 30 pre-op and then the 80 since surgery. All I know is my shirts do not require 3 X's, 2 X's or even a X in front of the L any longer. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
