I am a few days from being 1year out and down 125 lbs, my old body does not even compare to my new one but my favorite thing is sitting in my husbands lap, we have been married for 32 years and I'm smaller now then when we married. The main thing I would say is that you are going to feel really weak and tired and no energy for about a month or month and a half, but it will pass and you will start feeling better than you have all your life!
