    Turbo Jam anyone?

    omg google it gir. its high intensity kick boxing. so funnnnnnnnnnn but it burns up to 1000 cals an hour and i dont think i am eating enough because i am not losing weight
  3. my upper body is shrinking away like crazy, my lower half is not really moving. now ppl come to me almost everyday saying how small i am getting (where?). the scale is not my friend right now. my work pants are super lose now, i tried on a top that i couldnt get around my body last month and today i got it on and button it up. whats going on man? i have these size 14 pants that i try on every week, i think they moved up a little more this week hummmmmmmmmmm, i am also doing turbo jam which is kick boxing along with the lower body jam which includes squats and lunges ( i know muscle weighs more but why is the upper body shrinking and the lower isnt. i read somewhere about substantious fat that it is the hardest to get rid of. i follow the rule no soda, lots of Water, protien first, dont drink and eat together, what gives please someone answer me i cant be the only one going through this. please i need fellow sleevers to talk to me dont just read and not talk to me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    green everything is tight on me, i m thinking its my fake period, yep fake i have a partial hysterectomy one ovary left. i feel disgustingly bloated too. im going to keep doing my workouts im addicted to them now. and just make sure i get protien in alta they let you get plastics so soon. my plan you have to wait at least two years at goal before they do it

    bari i dont like mfp i use fitclick. i normally eat around1300 cals a day sometimes more. i workout at least 5 days a week. i dont eat out, i drink my water i eat my protien, i dont drink soda i dont drink juice i workout im so frustrated, maybe i will up more cals dang it man i didnt get this surgery to go through this so you think 1300 is nto enough. have you heard of turbo jam thats the workout i do look it up if you havent it is very intense

    barisa i am doing all of that. im so confused right now. i lowered my cals went back to soft foods to see what happens than go back up to higher cals. i am not workingout because my workout burns up to 1000 cals per hour and im diong way under that for the next few days. sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  10. ok normally we increase our calories to break a stall, well that is not working for me right now, so i am going back to basicis. here is my menu for the rest of the week. AM 1 scrambled egg, 2 tsp light cheese, 4 strawberries snack 1 trader joes pizza veggie burger lunch trader joes black bean Soup, 2 tsp light cheese, 5 tortilla chips snack 1/2 cup lowfat cottege cheese, 1/4 cup peaches dinner premier Protein shake evening snack 1/4 cup almonds total cals 934 cabs 49 protiend 87 the only problem is no workout during this week. my workouts burn up to 1000 cals. i will let you guys know what happens.

    summer you are not alone i am so confused now. i work out at least 3-4 days a week and i do turbo jam which burns 1000 cal an hour i do 30-45 mins. now i dont know how many calories to eat i make sure i get my protien in and water. but i have gone back to some of my old ways, eating sweets from time to time. so as of tomorrow i am going back to basics. soft foods

    man i have over 60lbs to go and ive been a snacker lately. but i also noticed when i eat more calories i drop lbs. i also had a big 8lbs loss in the month of march, and may nothing for june bummer

  21. i lost 52lbs in 6 months, i wonder what the next 6 will be like. i will continue to eat right and excersise and see what happens. anyone beyound the 6 months? if so whats going on in your life?

I have not drank soda, but Ive had lots of alcchol. lol
