Stepped on the scaled today...... 165lbs!!! Yay me down 122lbs!!

1 more appt. And then the waiting game begin.... Hoping for surgery in Nov.!!! 

A moment of REGRET.... Just a moment!!!! When I was washing my hair after having it braided, and it was coming out by the handful. I will be 8 months out on the 25th....when will this ever end?!?!?!? On a up note I am at 177 for a total of 110lbs gone!!! Happy again
