I Want To See Before & After Pics!

Hey. Thanks . So I'm probably not the best candidate for asking what I eat. It varies day to day but an overall summary would be I get 60-70 g of protein, I do a lot of tuna, turkey, chicken, beef jerky, eggs, cereal, premier protein shakes, cheese and Greek yogurt. I still eat carbs but not crazily. I allow myself a carb a day, maybe a slice of bread, a few pieces of pasta, nothing too crazy. And I drink a good amount of water, I'd say about 80 oz of water a day. Some days less, somedays more. I eat 6 mini meals a day, and don't exercise as much as I should. I'm getting there. And another thing, I never deprive myself of anything. If I want ice cream, I eat it. About 1 scoop or two but nothing more. Everything I'm doing is working for me, it may not be for everyone, but I'd say I'm doing alright . Don't forget your vitamins!!!!

    Relationship issues after surgery?

My fiancé and I have been together 8 years and it has always been amazing. Since my surgery, it's only gotten better. I'm down 100 lbs, he can't keep his hand or eyes off me and thinks I am by far the sexiest woman. He tells me everyday how much he's always loved me, but feels so much closer to me now. I think it will be wht you make it. Yes your eating changes, but your relationship doesn't change if you don't let it. (Plus... Skinny sex is a whole nother amazing plus!!!!!!!!!!) good luck. Don't stress. If its meant to be, it will.

    2 week stall

I barely ever stall. When I do, I up my calories and carbs for a day and then I'm down the next day. I'm not saying it works for everyone, but I'm 5 month out and 96 lbs down. So I'd say I'm doing alright. Good luck.

  14. Hey there. First off, Sounds like you're doing awesome. Kudos to you for being so dedicated. I wish I had the right answer for you, but all I can tell you is what has worked for me. Honestly, when i stall..... I eat junk. Carbs. Stuff I shouldn't. But if I up my calories one day and then back on track the Next day, for some reason my body reacts to it and the scale moves. I don't know if its just me tricking my body, I'm not sure. But that's my way/ story and its worked for me this far. I've never stalled more than a week or two tops. Stay up on your water and try to up your calories for a day or two. If it doesn't work, then that's just not the way for you, but for me, always works. Best wishes!! Sent from my iPad using VST

    Constipation

I'm 5 months out and still have some issues in that department. Alls I can say is talk to your doc about adding a stool softener in with your daily vitamins and make sure you're up on your fluids. Protein definitely plays a factor in constipation. Best wishes. I occasionally take some laxatives when it's that bad.

No magic for sleevers in Disney

Just tell them you aren't going to eat. They shouldn't charge you to just sit. Right?
