  6. 4months out 135 pds not bad my loss has tapered out to about 1 pd per week loved my scale today!!!

  7. 8 weeks post op total weight loss 26 pds feels like im hitting a stall im on reg food but very difficult i eat with pain im on carafate to help doct said give it a few more weeks gi test showed gastritis i will proceed with faith and optimism !!!

      Go heavy with the meat and green beans and leave everything else alone, especially if you do't know how it was prepared. Maybe take some low carb appetizers to the party and munch on those.

  14. cant believe im so close to goal its taken very long (2 1/2 yrs) but thats ok still worth all the struggle and hurdles im very proud of me !!

  15. couldn't believe my eyes... scale read 147!!! i haven't seen the 140's in over 5 years... so happy soon will start my stage 3 puree foods can't wait....

  16. first day of my 5 day liquid diet .. oh my this is gonna be hard .... i already miss chewing had 1 cherrio..

  17. follow up appointment went well still on full liquids i get full real quick and no longer need high blood pressure medicine !!! so happy but food choices getting boring.....needing more food options any suggestions ?

  18. had another medical set back doc said not related to surgery but will keep on track enjoying my cream soups

  19. Had sleeve 3+ years ago and having lots of stomach issues but still glad I had it done because I've maintained my slender self all this time and I'm sure my doctors will fix me because I have faith in prayer

      Developed Stomach hernia constant stomach discomfort upset stomack all the time and stomach pain severe constant random uncontrolable diarrhea. I'm always cold I get super tired after eating pain after eating more with liquid And now stomach is twisting ....

      been to several specialist and had many tests done doctor said i need surgery to correct hernia n twisting he said there is not enough data collected on sleeve because its a newer procedure to know long term effects i am wanting to know if any vets like me on this site is having these problems too ? I've been to 3 doctors

  20. its been awhile since ive posted ive gone from overeating bad choices gaining again and now im back to reality and refocusing cant let the eating rollercoaster ruin what i worked so hard for but glad im back down yay me

  21. marie110 day 2 from hospital ive had so many different feeling mid section pain gas heartburn back and neck pain miss chewing ive lost 9 pounds total can anyone else share their first days experiences im sure all this will go away

  22. my surgery has been scheduled for next month and I'm so scared....

  23. offical wiegh in at the doctors 128!! what has helped lately is no eating past 8pm!!! yay!
