Havnt been on this site in a while, im doing very well with my weight loss, excited to see where this year takes me in this journey

Went to my first follow up Friday, my surgeon told me everything looked great and she was happy/proud. Since March 3rd, which was one of the first times I saw her, Ive lost 46 lbs!! I was shocked!

Im 2 wks and 3days into my recovery from the sleeve, anyone have any input on when would be a safe time to start working out? When I say workout, I really mean, walking a few miles or something lol
