I drink sweet tea and gave from the beginning. That and water is all I usually drink for a beverage. I have cut down and started drinking more unsweet. I have tried all kinds if artificial sweeteners but they are yuck! I gave up carbonated drinks so the sweet tea is ine day at a time. Good Luck!!!
