Sleeve Vs Lap Band
That is incredible. Is all of the 121 since surgery? If not how much has been since you were sleeved? I thought I was on the high side, losing 85lbs in 15 weeks. Unfortunately I've been stalled for about a month now.

Yes, you can have children post sleeve, providing there are no other circumstances preventing this. It is recommended to wait at least a year to make sure you are completely healed & all of the internal swelling is gone. Even better to wait 2 years so that your body has completely recovered(skin done shrinking etc). As a matter of fact, pregnancy has jokingly been referred to as a side effect of the sleeve.- Forgive Me
Ha ha ha. Not my experience. Once the slimy trots were over, the next stage had me fondly remembering the easy poo days.- Advice Wanted
I've really gotta say, I think the sleeve is one of the best things I've done for myself. As for the band, well, take a look at this thread. http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/48153-is-the-band-that-bad/ And if that doesn't do it for you, watch this.- Peanut Butter Cup
If only..... I wish that something would make me feel bad. I seem to have a cast Iron sleeve. Nothing bothers me. This means that I have to be extra vigilant about what I put in my mouth. Be grateful that your new tool is working overtime to keep you on the straight & narrow.- 4 Months Later (Pics)
Thank You!!! I am completely stoked at my results so far. And some affirmation from all you ladies only motivates me to keep going- Does Anyone Have Incision Photos After Losing Weight?
http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/50070-are-anybody-elses-incisions-still-obvious-3months-post-op/ There is a photo of my incisions 3 months post-op in that thread.- My Suggestion-Stop The Obsessing. Rules Are Meant To Be Broken

I love hemp protein mixed with mango purée.- Tasteless Protein
Depends on the soups. If its a creamy soup I'd use Unury unflavored, if it's a chicken flavor I'd use Unjury chicken soup. Neither are truly flavorless but they will work nicely. I'd recommend buying a couple single serving packs to try them first.- Heart Burn
Probably need to talk to your Dr. Have them change your prescription to a different PPI- Excessive Dry Mouth...w Cpap..
If I drink at least a gallon of Water during the day I don't have this problem. The lees I drink tge worse it is. This makes me believe it's directly related to your level of hydration.- Gmanbat: What A Loser!

- Im Down Too A Size 14 Was A 22...just One Question... Soda
Congrats. Just take it really slow on the soda. I drank a Dr. Pepper when I was about 8weeks post-op. I didn't have any problems, but I did find out tgat I really don't care for sodas anymore.- Post Op, Its Official
Welcome to the dark side . JK, but really, congrats.- Vegan Or Vegetarian?
- I Need Help And Im Very Sad
Judging from the ingredients in the shake in your original post I'd recommend Chike banana flavor and a bit of PB2. I'm sure it won't be a perfect match and it is a bit higher in calories that I prefer, but it does have that rich taste you'll like & it is prodomanantly a whey protein isolate. As far as anybody claiming any shake is the "best", the best is a pure whey protein isolate. Anything else might be someone's "favorite" but it is assuredly not the "best".- "airing" On The Side Of Caution....
Small bites & chew thoroughly. A little air is inevitable as it will mix with your saliva, but taking your time will minimize excess air.- I'm One Hour Away!
- I Wake Up With My Stomach Hurting
Is this at the incision sites, or is it deeper, like where your stomach is? The fact that it goes away is a pretty good sign. It's likely that you sleep in an awkward position, or maybe you toss & turn a lot which creates extra stress on your incisions. But with some of the complications we've seen lately, from twisted stomachs to leaks that caused some miserable experiences I do have to say, if this is not distinguishable as incision pain go see your doctor. And if they seem dismissive, don't hesitate to get a second opinion. - Advice Wanted
