Doesn't seem too unreasonable. I know my bladder can hold over a quart. That's 2 lbs in itself.

Il love that you are putting good carbs into your diet. So many people make the mistake of grouping all carbs into the bad category. I also really like the fact that you are avoiding white carbs. Great choice in using a super high quality Protein like the nectar line. One thing I'd like to address is the combination of Greek yogurt & Protein Powder. 1cup of Greek yogurt is about 25g protein(depending on brand), and a scoop of Nectar is 23g. Totaling up to 48g of protein. Unfortunately this is considerably more than your body can utilize in one sitting. The most your body can utilize at one time is 27g (many people round that out to 30). I'd really like to see that 48g split into 2 servings so that you can receive full benefit from what you consume. Great planning & great tracking. Enjoy the journey, you deserve it. -
If your incisions are closed & the glue or tape has come off then yes.

Can i just tell my job that I'm having an emergency appendectomy?
O.T.R. sleever replied to MK1986's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You "can" tell them anything you want. However if you worked for me, I would figure it out when you miraculously started dropping weight. I would consider the fact that you lied to me to be an integrity issue, and it would definitely affect my decision when it came time for your next evaluation or advancement. Sorry to say it, but, I don't trust people who can't bring themselves to trust other people. -

I think it's more of a guideline than a rule. We see men posting in the "powder room" & women in the guys room. No doubt there will be some crossover in this one as well.

Kindle fire & Nook are all android tablets. VST is on Android & iOS. If you have your heart set on a small Android tablet that is cheap, I'd recommend the Nexus 7. It's not as limited as the nook or the kindle. If you are not maried to the idea of Android & are willing to spend a few extra bucks, you'll be much happier with an iPad mini.

MRI scan... can you ever get one after VSG?
O.T.R. sleever replied to Oakleygirl's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I had an MRI about a month ago. The staples used for your sleeve are non metallic and do not interfere with MRI.
