I think that is wonderful advise. I think that I will only weigh myself once a month after my surgery. Seems like it will help a lot with frustration level during stalls, etc..

I am going to the store today to research and try out Water flavoring packets. I really like the Crystal Light, but it is sweetened with Aspertane......The Crystal Light Pure are much healthier, but only come in two flavors and I am a bit sick of them.
What are you all using? I know plain old Water is best, but I tend to drink alot more if it is flavored

Very excited for you!!! Good luck!

I am thinking about doing the same, with the Spider Tool. Interested in hearing any input as well.

I think that makes us sleeve sisters.....if you are a women! LOL!

Funny I am the opposite. I am doing high Protein, low carb right now, surgery is June 25th. I figured I have eaten anything I have wanted for so long, that I need to start training myself to eat correctly before surgery so it is not such a shock to my system!

Good luck everyone!! Here's to a easy successful surgery and a fast complication free recovery!!

Amazing story!! Can't wait to see your progress!! Congrats to you!

I was surprised when I purchased 2 boxes last week and they automatically took $10.00 off my bill and I didn't know they were on sale! Yippee!

Bought some pre-surgery (06-25-12) but they are really really good. I hope I like them post surgery!!

My sleeve date is June 25th. Is anyone here having the Spider Surgical tool used for their surgery? This is the single incision tool.......I am still trying to decide if I want to do it or not......

Has anyone here had their VSG using the Spider Surgical System? My doctor wants to use this on me......going through the belly button, single incision. He has done approx 15-20 using this new system.
I would love to hear your experience with this!!
Thank you.!

RLS can be due to low Iron levels according to my doctor. I have RLS and if it is really bad, I take a Xanax and it stops.
