  4. I think that is wonderful advise. I think that I will only weigh myself once a month after my surgery. Seems like it will help a lot with frustration level during stalls, etc..

  6. You all are so awesome! I went out and purchased a bunch of different flavors of Mio and I really like it!! I even flavored some FF Greek Yogurt with the berry Pomegranate and it was AMAZING!! Thanks again for all the suggestions and advise!
  7. I am going to the store today to research and try out Water flavoring packets. I really like the Crystal Light, but it is sweetened with Aspertane......The Crystal Light Pure are much healthier, but only come in two flavors and I am a bit sick of them. What are you all using? I know plain old water is best, but I tend to drink alot more if it is flavored

  11. Funny I am the opposite. I am doing high protein, low carb right now, surgery is June 25th. I figured I have eaten anything I have wanted for so long, that I need to start training myself to eat correctly before surgery so it is not such a shock to my system!

  16. My sleeve date is June 25th. Is anyone here having the Spider Surgical tool used for their surgery? This is the single incision tool.......I am still trying to decide if I want to do it or not......
  17. Has anyone here had their VSG using the Spider Surgical System? My doctor wants to use this on me......going through the belly button, single incision. He has done approx 15-20 using this new system. I would love to hear your experience with this!! Thank you.!
  18. RLS can be due to low iron levels according to my doctor. I have RLS and if it is really bad, I take a Xanax and it stops.
