I started at 310, I eat Greek yogurt because it has a good amount of Protein, I also do a lot of fish and chicken. My snacking was my problem so I have replaced snacking with drinking Water or Powerade zero...also have learned healthier Snacks an try to have them readily available because its so easy to fall back into bad habits and go back to the convenience foods.
