Can I have chai tea? I am pre op and was wondering if I can drink with my protein and make it a shake? It is what came with my keurig

Dee, feeling excited but hungry and wishing I could have gotten one more steak in because they surprised me with my surgery. It wAsnt supposed to be until October 24th!!

Found out today at my pre op app that I have h pylori. Anyone else out there find out they had this after their endo???

I am on day 7 of pre op diet!! 3 more days !!! I am having surgery Friday!!! I'm still hungry and have snacked but I can and will finish this! You too can do this! Big picture

Tomorrow I will be on my second week of the pre op liquid diet. Although I am hungry it is getting easier! But I've only lost 5 1/2 lbs. I start clear liquid only tomorrow. Any suggestions on what to drink?

Omg I'm glad I'm not the only one! I get belly cramps as soon as I finish my shake then it just goes right thru me! Not fun at all. My husband said it does the opposite for him. Weird. I feel your pain!

I also have h pylori and am taking antibiotics for it now! My surgery is Friday

I am so hungry I could cry!! This pre op diet is killing me and im only on day 2.

Day 4 and yes still hungry! Going for pre op visit today and pre op with hospital tmro. Anyone having trouble with belly aches while drinking the protein? Goes right thru me both ways!

I am doing the 2 shakes a day with a small meal at night. I'm going to get some jello and sugar free Popsicles! I seriously cannot believe how hungry I am.

I got told yesterday they moved my surgery up a month so my surgery is September 28th! I started my pre op diet yesterday and today I had to take my son to the dr which is 2 hrs away and what did I do. I CHEATED already!!! I am so frustrated with myself! I have to do the protein shakes twice a day and small meal at night and tons of water. Please help me for I am a weak person and don't know how I'm going to get thru this! I don't want to ruin this but I feel like a total failure already!
