Thank you! That little bump is called the xiphoid process, it's cartilage at the end of your sternum. It's normal haha.- Foods on days you exercise a lot?
Being negative is not a bad thing. Being in the negative is a calorie deficit, and that's how you lose body fat. But keep in mind that you need to replenish your bodies nutrients, so while being "in the negative" isn't exactly bad, being too much in the negative implies that you're also not getting the nutrients your body needs- Down 130 (!)
Hey what's goin on guys? It's been forever since I've been on these forums, but last week marked the 1 year anniversary of my operation. I'm HAPPY to say I'm down 130lbs, and I feel completely normal. Everyone's saying how healthy I look hahaha. It's pretty awesome being able to go up stairs without wheezing after one flight. Anyway, update pic! I think I overdid it on the cardio. Need to tone up now lol!- Drainage Bag
I had mine on for about a week. It SUCKED when they yanked the booger out! They did it fast like a band aid... Omg. If anyone wants to see a pic of a drain. With drainage fluid, I might be able to provide one... Lol.- New Guy From San Diego!

I'm doing well! I'm on the mushies stage, and I tried making a tuna patty, with chopped onion shredded fat free cheddar, oats and an egg white, blended it up and cooked the "batter" in a pan haha. It looked like a pancake! But tasted like tuna :/ it didn't taste bad though so that's good. Next week I'm on soft foods and I can't wait! A lot of people are noticing how much wait I've lost, its pretty crazy... Good luck with everything! Keep me updated!- New Guy From San Diego!
Yea so how was the meeting?? Super long huh?- App Ideas
Speaking of turkey, maybe you can try making some "Turkey Meatloaf Muffins?" They look relatively easy to make, and look pretty appetizing. Also of note, on that YouTube channel, I made the slow cooked chicken salsa meal, and used mango peach salsa, and it turned out brilliant!!!- New Guy From San Diego!
