eating about 600-70 calories. no food has really bothered me yet, experimenting with different Proteins. I'm able to get my Protein and Water everyday.
exercise mostly walking. I love to walk in the evenings so that's what I stick with.
I feel amazing!!! my bp and heart rate and normal, no more bp meds. moved from size 2X to lg and feeling great!!!!!!! I would do it all again in a second.

my hubby and I got ours the same day, same surgeon. it's been just amazing. we have been going through the stages together and fighting the tough first week together. now we are a month out and we are able to support each other and enjoy the journey. plus we save tons of money from not eating out and sharing 1 serving of anything!!!!!

I too did this for my daughter she's 15 months and so active, healthy, amazing and I want to be around for everything with her. I was out of commission about 5 days to
include my 3 in the hospital. I was sleeved on a Wednesday and by the next Monday I was up and around just a little slower. the thing that helped me the most is to say to myself she won't remember those 5 days I couldnt hold her but she will remember every other day of her
life when we can run and play and go to parks and all that fun stuff

south Texas sleeve girl, where are you from? I live waaaay in south Texas in the rip grande valley. we are planning on moving to San antonio after the new year

I too got my firs period in months 2 weeks after surgery. losing weight helps the body be able
to regulate your cycles so time to welcome back aunt flo, you're going to continue to lose!
-
well I guess it's time I post something about my journey instead of just looking at all the posts my surgery was 8/22 all went well in terms of the surgery. it took me about 9 hours to come
out of the anesthesia but it was my first time going under so now I know!! I had horrible nausea the first two days. my doc gave me 3 doses of reglan and I was so much better and I haven't needed anything else.
I'm a little over two weeks out and I feel great. I'm able to get my liquids and Proteins on most days but I really have to try and remember to eat everything I need in a day! I'm going back to work Monday. I've lost 31 lbs so far including pre
op diet. I am not going to weigh myself again until my 1 month follow up but my clothes are loose and I notice a difference in my face !! I actually fit into a t shirt that was a size lg. normally I am a 2X so I'm wearing that shirt everyday because it's so amazing lol!!!!
My rings are getting loose and I love it! I did get a little discouraged about two days ago when my hands were swollen and I felt bloated then surprise surprise it's my TOM which hasn't happened in 8 months which explains the swelling (and my cravings hahah).
it's been a good journey so far. not easy, but good. looking forward to so much more!!!

I'm newly sleeved only 9 days out but feeling great. I too had the nausea for 2 days post op. that was the worst. pain was nothing never took my pain meds. once doc put me on reglan I needed 3 doses, nausea passed and I've never felt better!!!

well I'm only 7 days post op today but I still
would do it again. I had a lot of nausea on day 1-2. no real pain just muscle soreness. I've lost 15lbs my first week.

how much is everyone able to drink now around 4-5 days post op? yesterday I got down about 30oz and 3 sf Popsicles. I felt like that was good
but don't know how quickly I should be pushing for the 62 oz fluids.
