  1. I'm in the same boat. I was sleeved mid October last year. I lost 60lbs since then but it seems to have stopped. I probably take in 1000 cal per day but that's it. I can only walk due to an ongoing back condition. <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> my Water intake is good but I do struggle with the Protein. I go up and down a few pounds but I am loosing inches as my clothes are loose and I keep putting holes in my belt. I hope my body is adjusting and the scale will move again soon. This site is great for advice and everyone elses stories.

  2. I'm 5'6" and was 331 pounds at my highest weight in mid-2012. I was 316 pounds on the day of my surgery (12/20/12). I have been 297 or 298 pounds (depending on the day' date=' aaargh) since 1/18/13. I am doing everything I'm supposed to do, but I can't break this stall. I've also been trying to concentrate on NSVs instead of what the scale says, but I have been feeling very discouraged and depressed for a couple of days. I know I shouldn't compare my weight loss to others' losses, but that's hard to do sometimes.

Thanks to everyone who posted their amazing progress! Your posts are inspiring and got me out of the dumps today. I'm sure I'll look back on this month and laugh once I'm six months post-op.[/quote']

I was in the same boat and the only way I can break my stalls is by doing the bootcamp diet that's on this forum some where. It works for me every time
