I am 8 days out and had the ambulance to my house yesterday because I just about passed out my sugar levels dropped and I'm not diabetic my body just needed some calories and natural carbs. I've been adding it and I feel better and still lost weight. I'm down 21lbs in 8 days.

He was awesome! The office staff was great and on their jobs to get me approved! I was sleeved Oct 5th. Dr.Baptista gave me his personal cell phone number and told my husband to call if he had any questions or if I had any problems. I am walking around doing great haven't had any pain medicine since I been home. Memorial hospital was awesome. Joni was my nurse both nights she was really nice and willing to help. Anyway she could. If they had to call Dr.Baptista he responded very quickly!!!! Much <3

Praying for u all! I have this same insurance and only had it since january with no other coverage prior.they approved mine and I was sleeved Oct 5th. Don't give up if u have a coordinator that's not doing her job find another office! That's what I had to do. I changed surgeons at the last of everything and they got me approved! Blessu all<3

Hello I had my surgery oct 5th I'm feeling good walking and sipping. I got my period in the hospital so I am having some cramping from that. I came home after 2 days in the hospital. I haven't had no pain meds in 2 days. I have had GasX! I'm staying away from the scales because its to soon. I know I'm still full of iv fluids and gas so I will weigh on Friday which will be 1 week. My heart rate is lower than usual its in the 40's and 50's the gas pain is horrible but I'm walking for 15 minutes every hour. I feel weak though.

Upcoming sleevers please sneak u some gas x strips in the hospital. The pain from gas is the only thing I'm feeling. I am walking but my heart rate is low and I'm weak...pray for me.

I had medical records. Do u snore when u sleep? If so u make could get your doctor to do a sleep study.

Is it medicaid?

Is it selfish of me to have surgery and my kids are sick? My parents can take care of them its just that i'd rather me or my husband be with them when they're sick:( I don't know what to do:(

I have them and was approved in a week on the first try. As long as u meet all of the requirements they usually approve. Do u have any ER, walk in clinics or anything that u went to in the past. What's your bmi?

Eat 30g or less of carbs per day. Drink a lot of water and sugar free drinks like crystal light. Fish,chicken,turkey no fried foods. Sugar free jello and popsicles. I started this last Wednesday I'm already down 14lbs my surgery is Friday goodluck

If your insurance require it, u have to do it, or u can do self pay. Do u have any dieting that u done that was documented by your provider? BCBS most of them require a 6 month medically supervised diet. Meaning through a doctor. Some will take dated pictures or programs like weight watchers.

Does your policy have an out of pocket max amount? Mine has a 5000 OOP Max but I've met it all but $1100 if u have an OOP max balance the insurance pays 100% after u pay the OOP max on your policy for healthcare through out the year. The best thing to do is call your insurance company.

Research them they have horrible reviews on the internet.

Is it thrush? If so get your Dr to get u some nystatin to swish with.
