You have had one heck of a run before hitting your first plateau...I can't advise you, but many others here can. I'm only posting because I wanted to say BRAVO!!!

I would like to lose 38 more lbs. I try to take in more calories but I can't eat a lot at one meal. I eat a lot of chicken. Canned chicken to be exact with salads. I'm trying to get in more Water. I do Protein Drink in morning because its hard to eat Breakfast

I have lost 115 lbs in 13 months with the band. It seems like it came off so easy. What has happend?! I'm battling with these 3 lbs for 5 weeks now! I know there is no way I take in the amount of calories I should be. I also exercise. Can someone give me some ideas of jump starting the scale again. Frustrated!

I'm 8 months post-op no fill. 90lbs lost.

So excited. Today is my day!
