Dear Marty,
The best way I can describe it is an instant fullness that makes you feel like you have to burp really bad but can't burp! There is a sense of fullness in the stomach area and if you keep pushing it (drinking more water, eating more soup, etc) you can feel it backing up your esophagus. I've had reflux all my life, so this sensation is nothing new for me, but some people who have never experienced it before might find it unnerving.
There isn't any pain, at least not after the first two days (for me). In the first two days it hurt a little when I would take more than a sip of liquid, and I ALWAYS had to burp after a sip! It made for some goofy moments.
But yes, it will be different for everyone. Your sleeve might not mind a little extra water but mine does. I have a sassy sleeve!

Great one again! Darn, I love mine too. I'm sure my shoulders won't mind though.
P.S. Mine are also crumb catchers...you know about that I'm sure...looking forward to losing the "table/shelf" aspect of them. (Although where will I put the remote control)?

Its better for guys two. I noticed a difference after 5 days posy pop. I had lost 27 pounds and actually 47 cause I lost twenty with the pre op diet. My wife defiantly noticed a difference. Its about Increased stamina and letting your partner relax more because lets be honest she did most of the work before. You can call me Rocky Balboa.
