I had surgery 2/8 and I can keep liquids down and am fine but I have this pressure and pain in my back right between shoulder blades. Directly behind the area between my breasts. Is this telling me I over did it?

I just had be revision this morning ing from Sleeve to RYNbypass. He also fixed a hiatal hernia. I am walking amd sitting in chair, no drain but omg the headache I would when I got out of Anesthesia wasddeadle, started in neck and took over full head. They have only given me Tylenol and to radial for ( like super inprofen) pain since I woke up from surgery. It has been 4.5 hours now amd I am worried that pain will hit me and I will not be prepared, they said they will give me morphine pill if pain gets bad. What should I do?? Headache is killing me. They did give me zophrane for naseau so I am goood there. They said I will be discharge at 11am unless something occurs. Oh and they just took my blood sugars and it is 179 so they have to give me insulin but I am not a diabetic???? So confused???? HW 324 Lowest 159 Current 229 Goal 154

I have surgery on Monday 2/8!!!!

I had surgery 4 weeks ago, I have lost 30 pounds and would do it again in a heartbeat. You can go back to work in 2 weeks but I decided to take 4 weeks off. I stayed 1 night in hospital. Took pain medicine for 5 days then stopped. Worst part was the hour after surgery before morphine kicked in and gas pain in shoulder.

Is yogart ok during the 2nd week post op?

I hate mine also, I had surgery 8/6 and get it out on Monday. I do not like to much of anything because I am scared of hurting where the drain is, yuck

Surgery tomorrow and I am exited and nervous. I just can't air until it is over and I am awake after surgery so I know it went ok. Wow, it is here. Scared
