3 months and 12 days post op, thanksgiving was great, 57 lbs down very blessed c:

Sooooo I have 650 notifications.... needless to say I haven't been on in a while.. school has been busy... but in 8 more days I will be sleeved... ohhh goodness I am nervous

so in 4 mondays,in 28 days, in 672 hours... at this time I will have been sleeved...... ahhh I may be getting a bit nervous...

Met my sleeve sister today!! Next time I see her we will be having the surgery!!! One month and 6 days!!

2 months and 21 days c: I bought a stationary bike off of craigslist for $60!! I am a Happy camper.... any idea on where I should start? I did it last night for 5 mins at 4 resistant then 20 mins at a like hill level that went from no resistance to 4 then back down to 0, I felt it some got a little heated but I should push more right?

2 months and 23 days.... talked to my sleeve sister yesterday for like 45 mins!! we will be meeting in July then will be sleeved in Aug!! tooooo excited c:

down 9 lbs just doing this liquid diet at about 80%.... and the fiancés response "well if you lose 50 lbs before surgery, are you going to still have it?" Yes It is about control not just losing the weight, I can get the lbs off, it's learning how to not yoyo and have some order in my life... right?

Sooo for the next three months... or actually 2 months and 29 days.... there will be a lot of counting down on my profile..... So I made the decision to attempt the liquid diet now at about 80% then again in june, a little more strict, so on in July then 100% in August. I figured it couldn't hurt.
