  1. hello guys ,its been a long time and i hope you are all doing great !! ,as some of the guys here knows .... we didn't lose weight solely for health .i was expecting that my intimate life would be different but after 2 years of being single i really need your help guys ! .


    i currently work and study in Bulgaria ,my work is high rewarding and i get some diplomatic privileges since i am diplomat on an embassy .i have a car ,a great apartment and i usually go to nice places at night .my university is full of gorgeous women which doesn't help cuz it makes you feel like a loser when you cannot connect with even one ! .i try to wear my best and also Im tall and not ugly . it just seems like the girls here dont give a chance , i added and got the number of a lot of girls only to not hear from them again even when i try to work for it .girls in our university are too many but very isolated although we have many .they just all act like they are about to be picked from a bar very defensive )



    please guys im really stumbled here and theories are so much

  2. hello guys , its been so long since the last time i posted something on the forums . but i find myself here whenever i need an advice about something . i really need to know how to handle the horrible skin of my face i mean i ant believe it !!!!! , im only 24 and my face have wrinkles now !!! wrinkles !!! . so for the people who have been sleeved for long time , did ur face improved by time ?. my face looks really thin now .its been one year and 2 months since my surgery ....... please help . starting to regret my surgery honestly ,

    ps : as u can see in all my new pictures i am raising my head to the sky and that make my face look fuller . sorry for the bad grammar


  3. thanks alot guys for the encouragement , journey3 dont worry ..if i can do then i bit u can do it too @mikeross :actually i feel that i eat alot and freely and im not restricting anything from my diet , but i eat smart and for 5 times a day :) @joatsaint actually i consider the stall to be a recovery time for the body , the greatest feeling for now is to see the weight gradually dropdown cuz it means that im losing fat rather than muscles :P


  4. hi guys ..... its been i while , im sorry cuz im not surfing the website unless i have a new progress photos , any way some of u guys have seen my 6 months post op 110 lbs weight loss , after that i maintained a slow and a steady weight loss and lost 27 pounds in 5 months but my body stalled 2 months ago prolly cuz i stopped working out , but im not worried actually im very pleased now , i do have some saggy skin around my belly area but im pretty sure it will go away and i promise to get back to workout in the next week , any way here are my new pics with the old ones in case some of u missed it

  5. hi guys im 23 single guy on the other side of the world :) ...... cant wait till all of you new sleevers see the difference on how the world see you ..... its a harsh truth but we live in a visual world so we have to take care of our look ........ anyway , here is a problem that im facing and thought i would share it with u , see iv never had a girlfriend in my life and very very recently like 3 weeks ago after dropping more than 100 pounds and seeing alot of attention from women i decided to try my luck with girls .......... after trying all by myself ( no help from friends to hookup with someone cuz i figured they didn't help when i was in my most desperate times why should i give them the satisfaction of helping after transforming to a better looking person ) ..... and after many approaches i had a date with a girl (that was 2 weeks ago ) everything was going smooth , she liked me alot so when she asked me about my previous relationships i decided to tell her the truth ......... i told her i had no previous relationships and that just killed everything ,the mood ,the rapport and the attraction , what gives .... did she though i was lying ? is it so horrible to be 23 and still no girlfriends ? ... ps ( i didn't told her i was overweight and i have no plan to tell any potential partner that i was overweight it just a chapter of my life that i want to forget) ....


  6. ​well i hate to disagree with everyone sweetheart but u know what .... u should tell them i mean after i while when they see ur results and no one can judge u for it ..., its the results that matter , i even told my almost friends that i had the surgery cuz sooner or later they will know the truth ....... when i go to bed i sleep like a baby cuz im an open book and every 1 is respecting me for it ,plus if may say u have alot of beautiful features in your face once the fat go away u will be sizzling hot ,,, and everyone will let a hot person get away with it :P ps : ur current weight and ur goal weight already promotes a very successful weight loss , u have 70 pounds to lose ..... lose them slowly :) .......iv lost 110 in 6 months and thank god still no saggy skin but i got away with it cuz im a big guy 6.3 ft .......so put a plan to lose 70 pounds on 9 months would be ideal


  7. You look terrific. Thank you for sharing. I'm a little intimidated at the gym. Did you use a trainer to learn your weight lifting routine? Any gym advice?

    thx alot guys @ma46 ...well i didnt hire any personal trainer i guess sports was never my problem .... i love working out spacially alone ....my advice to u is when u hit the gym think only about urself cuz otherwise it would be time wasted

    my workout routine is like that

    sun : legs abs and waist

    mon: p90m

    tue : chest shoulders forearms and waist

    wed : p90m

    thur : biceps triceps back and waist

    fri : p90m

    sat : rest

    keep in my mind that u have to visualize ur self in ur best form believe me no matter how silly it sounds this technique is effective .... i always hit the gym with a goal to transform my body to be like Thor in the movie and after a while u will see :)

    here is how i take my supplements

    1-first thing in the morning 5 grams of glutamine

    2- three quarters of a scoop of bluebonnet whey isolate before workout ....ps i recommend bluebonnet whey to every sleever cuz its so gentle on the stomach its like drinking Water

    3- three scoops of xtend intra workout catalyst any flavor mixed with 750 ml of Water to consume during workout

    4- three quarters of a scoop of bluebonnet whey isolate after workout

    5- five grams of glutamine before bed
