I have been doing this a while now and i just wanted to hear from some of u what it means to be in the green zone is to them. I am having troubles finding mine.

I didnt go to slimband. I went through the surgical weight loss centre in toronto.

I go to st.albert for fills and pay for thst too. $75.

We paid 16000 for surgery. 2000 for pre-op deit shakes,to fly there and back, hotel for 4 days. And a person to stay with us for the first 24 hrs.

Oh sorry my mom and i went to toronto. We self paid instead of waiting 3-5 yrs for the govt to pay and thats if u r accepted into the program.

So u started on soft foods then thats good. My mom and i were banded together on the same day in june 29/12. We have both lost 60 lbs each so far. And having way more engery. My self i go to curves 3x a week and walk on the treadmill the other four. I started that this month. Because in dec i had to have my gallbladder removed so i had to have my fluid taken out in nov and just put back in on the 29. So how old r u? Married?kids?

During the nice months my hubby and the kids and i r in calgary once a month to visut my dad and girl friend there. Mybe i could come to a meeting too.

Hi myself i am from edmonton and had my surgery with dr coulbern in june last year. I was pretty sore 24hrs after surgery. Walked the hotel lots but slept lots too. If doing any sit seeing do it the day before surgery.

So here i am two weeks after my gal bladder sugery and ready to start filling my band again. I have had no fluid in my band sence mid november 2012. I need some help to get me motovated to eating the right thing again. Is there any one out there to help put me back on track?

I could also need a good mentor in my life. I was banded on june29. I am not doing to bad but my sweet tooth is coming back with a vegence.
