I'm good just trying to keep working on this path - I'm on. Have you thought of maybe switching you food around, maybe this will schock your body and help you move away from the plateau you are on.

Yes, I would, please let me know when. I'm doing well. Sticking to me food rules, I think I need to tweak them but I'm still losing and exercising, which totally has increase from half hour of cardio to 1 hour. I will continue to work hard and keep walking in this journey!!
