7 months post-op 53 lbs down and this pain started. My surgeon emptied my band yesterday to see if being too tight was causing this pain. Ate dinner, small portion as if my band was still full pain was still there. Gallbladder scan is scheduled for Thursday. Portion Control and mind over matter until my band is filled again. NERVOUS.ORG:'(

Well I'm 11days post-op and 16lbs down. My waist is smaller which make my hips and booty look just right as per my husband. I think when I'm at my goal weight,I'll buy a pole for my bedroom so my husband can make it rain while I make it clap,LOL!

I mean what a difference today, I'm almost back to being me and my surgeon said that I can eat 1 meal of soft foods a day, since I'm hungry every 3 hours but 3 oz only!!!

Well last night I was able to tilt on my left side while sleeping pain free. I've been sleeping on my right side since surgery and my right hip has been killing me. No more GAS!!!!! And now I'm waiting for my doctor's office to open so we can talk about my diet since everyone on my surgical team have different views. Be blessed bandsters:)

My surgeon, nutritionist,NP and bariatric dietician have all giving me different post op diets and I'M LOST. I did 2days clear liquid, 2 days full liquid and I tried so soft food today. I'm not eating alot,maybe 4oz and my Protein Shakes. My stomach growls a lot and it's loud

I got banded yesterday, to me walking helps a lot and drinking hot tea with the gas. I was in more pain today.Good luck

No complaints just s little bit of pain on my left side. Been walking around in the house a lot to prevent blood clots and stay gas free. I was told surgery took a hour and I stayed in recovery for 8 hours and then I left.

Check at 630am, scheduled for 830am I'm the first case. Nerves are getting the best of me right now. So many questions, so many what ifs. I probably will not sleep at all tonight.

It's day 4 pre-op and it has been that way, whatever you do DON'T PASS GAS, believe it's not gas

Baby let me tell you(lol), this pre-op has ne going to the bathroom at least 15 times a day. I can't even hold Water down. I'm a nurse and was scheduled to work but my supervisor felt my pain and gave me the week off

As May 15 approaches I'm getting so freakin nervous. I just hope that I loose weight after all of this. No medical problems yet and don't want any.
