    Stall in my weight

You was probably holding Water... I've done this. Sent from my KFOT using VST
  2. I liked those Atkins meals pureed. And baked turkey. I ate beef stew and canned chicken. Sometimes I would need to thin it out. I used rague cheese sauce a lot it was my life saver. If you can get it into a baby food consistency you can eat it. I totally freaked out over the puree but now that I have 4 days left I don't know why? Sent from my KFOT using VST

    So tired no energy

I'm two weeks out and weak. My legs are really weak. They feel like they weigh 100 lbs. I can't walk upstairs. However I'm only eating little calories, and it pureed. Thick liquid basically. And hopefully more active I become the more energy I'll gain. And as my weight drops the easier it will be. I heard the first 4-6 weeks are the hardest because of being weak and tired. Anyone In Nky Or Cincy?

For those of you who went to Curry. Did you have any boxes of food left over from your preopt diet? I have I think 5 boxes. I won't eat them it. Do you know if I can exchange them for money?
  13. Well I'm three days out from surgery and doing well. I won't lie the gas pains hurt. As does the liquid diet lol. The smell of chicken broth makes me sick. The day of surgery is a blur to me. I'm still trying to figure out what really happened and what didn't and was just a dream. Day two was rough. A lot of gas pain. I slept most of the day. Today is much better. Had some gas issues but walking and gas x gel helps. Trying to get liquids in without getting too much gas. Not use to sipping. Hope my other April 8 th sleevers are doing well Sent from my KFOT using VST

    6 days post op-newbie

I was sleeved on the 8th. I honestly think I am the only one who actually still likes Protein Shakes. I'm having no issues with taste at all. I use Body Fortress from Walmart, vanilla and chocolate/Peanut Butter. I don't have a lot of money and can't afford to buy the expensive brands everyone mentions on here. My issue now is that I am worried I am not losing like others have. I know I can't compare my weight loss to others, and I may be a slow loser. But I can't help it. What have you lost so far, or do you know?

    Anyone In Nky Or Cincy?

I have a question? How much weight did everyone lose the first week after surgery?

    When does it get eaiser

I keep holding to the faith it is going to get better! Once we get over this clear liquid diet, and get some energy! I was sleeved last Monday (4/8). I just started my pureed diet today. So I'm hoping to get some energy now! I also get to start B12, so hopefully that will help. And I'm praying that I'm not a slow loser! I've only lost 6 lbs this past week and that discourages me!

    Not feeling full

I was sleeved on the 8th too. I felt no restriction and hungry all week. I started my pureed diet today. Had about 4 tablespoons of beef stew. I ate slow. It filled me up. That was at noon. It's now 2:30 where I am at and I still feel full. I can only drink about 2 -3oz Protein Drink. I would talk to your surgeon or nutritionist. Sent from my KFOT using VST

    Ladies! Did your cycle change?

I haven't had a period for over a year. I'm 32 so menopause hopefully isn't the reason. I have read where a lot of gals start their periods right after surgery literally or a few days later. I still haven't which is fine with me. I do want to start again crazy I know but not during recovery. I would like for my incisions to be healed. Sent from my KFOT using VST

    3 weeks out

I was sleeved on the 8th too, I'm to scared to go off my diet plan due to leaks. I just started pureed today. I ate some puree beef stew at noon it's now 2 and I still feel full not an uncomfortable full either. I did not feel that on liquid diet and was always hungry. Sent from my KFOT using VST
